All The Legalizer’s fees and charges are quoted and billed in Indian Rupee (INR) unless otherwise noted.
The Legalizer uses an automated payment processing system and accepts payments through cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, PAYTM (or any other mobile wallet) or in cash. All Clients are required to maintain valid payment information on file for the processing of any applicable service fees. With the Client’s consent, The Legalizer may use credit card issuer-approved services, such as VISA Account Updater and MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater, to acquire updated payment information for the purpose of processing outstanding payments of the Client.
The Legalizer may take any reasonable action to validate your payment and registration information, and collect all payments due and notify the Client with respect to the same. The Clients shall agree to pay all attorney and collection fees arising from any efforts to collect any past due amounts from them to the extent allowed by law.
Service fees are due at the time of the order of services. The fees for the services availed may be paid either in the lump sum or by way of installments, as specified. All installment fees must be paid in full.
The Payment Details for all the services availed by the Client can be obtained by contacting The Legalizer’s Team.
Any applications or requests for services will be declined if payment cannot be successfully processed within the specified period of time.
The Legalizer reserves the right to modify service fees and rates, effective upon posting on The Legalizer’s website (https://www.thelegalizer.in/ ) or on this Agreement.
Definition of "No Transaction Fees"
The Legalizer does not charge you any fees relating to the processing of transactions under your account ("Transaction Fees"). However, your selected payment processor, such as PAYTM, etc., may still charge you Transaction Fees for each payment you make. You will be solely responsible for any such Transaction Fees.
Termination
The Legalizer may terminate your Service under the following circumstances (non-exclusive list):
(a) Non-payment of fees.
(b) You are in breach of any term or condition of this Agreement.
(c) Your use of the Service disrupts The Legalizer’s business operations in any manner.
Restrictions
The Clients shall be subject to the following restrictions as they avail our services:
(a) Publishing any Website material in any media without prior consent of The Legalizer;
(b) Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;

The Client hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai, India for any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement and waive your right to institute legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction. We shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings in connection with any matter arising under this Agreement in any jurisdiction where you reside, do business or have assets.
Age of Majority
The Legalizer does not accept agreements and payments from persons under the legal age of 18 years. By submitting any of the forms as provided on our website, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or your parent or legal guardian has agreed to accept this Agreement on your behalf.
Waiver
No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement will be deemed to constitute a waiver of any other provision nor shall such a waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided in writing duly executed by the party to be bound thereby.
